Should you have moral scruples to copy the contents of my homepage and
use them for your own trainings - forget about them and just do it.
The times when I cherished my own texts - often having taken an
enormous amount of time - like life itself, are fortunately over. I myself have
always been grateful for every idea and every paper I could get my hands on.
So go for it - only the good stuff is imitated.
