
Obviously, the solving of conflicts - as the topic LEADERSHIP
- has a lot to do with our own personality. Moreover, there are real methods and
tools within this field of training which contribute to a solution of the
conflict.
What is decisive here is that they are not used as a trick or
a communication weapon against the conflict partner, but always in the interest
of both, as well as in the interest of improving the conversation´s situation
and a common solution.
